Angelo At Fay Library With Tracy Kidder

Come see Angelo and Afrique Aya perform at the Fayetteville Public Library, in association with renowned author Tracy Kidder.  Friday evening, March 30, at 6:30 – 7:00.

Then stay for Mr. Kidder’s lecture, followed by a book signing.

Kidder won the Pulitzer Prize and a National Book Award in 1982.  The African connection is his 2003 book MOUNTAINS BEYOND MOUNTAINS.  It’s about two global health crises, tuberculosis and AIDs, through the eyes of Dr. Paul Farmer, a single-minded physician bent on improving the health of some of the poorest people on the planet.
